April 2013 Jubilee House boat build 29\' length 10\'2\" beam being built in Layton Utah. Have started the construction of the bottom pieces of the frame/bulkheads. Since my materials are of various lengths and width I have to laminate the pieces together to make the right size material to do this. I have used scarf joints with epoxy as the method of binding the pieces together. Because of the size of the boat these pieces are quite heavy. The plans are easy to read and the building skill level I believe to be not as hard as some of the barrel back designs like the Riveria; the lines on the Jubilee are not as pronounced as some of the smaller builds.
