Art Atkinson’s retro Squirt Runabout was a hit at last year’s Gathering of Boatbuilders in Tennessee. His boat was styled to match his 1956 Mercury Mark 25 with Sarasota blue and Sand tan similar to a 1956 Chevy Bel Air.

Today’s interview is done by our own Zip Builder, Ted Gauthier and he did a great job asking good questions so we could all learn more about Art’s beautiful boat. Art and Ted are great friends and were able to encourage each other as they built their own boats. Art has a nice Gallery on our site with quite a few photos of his boat here.  Enough said–enjoy the video!
