$Started Malahini in Sept 06, Dec 06 sides on and ready for bottom. Good plans and lots of fun. I\'m a second generation Glen L builder. My father built 2 or 3 Glen-L boats in the 50\'s and 60\'s.$

$Here is another update. Just painted the bottom with first coat. Seems to be really good stuff. Flows, covers and levels out great, brush marks just disappear. One more coat and them I\'ll start on the white. More later.$

$Deck is planked, all mahogany and stained. I used dark red mahogany stain for the dash and cover boards and golden oak for the rest. Next will be a coat of polyurathane and then I\'ll paint the grooves with white paint and more poly. I planned on putting it in the water on Memorial Day but I just don\'t know if I\'ll make it on time.$
