Tuffy by Jarle Berentzen, Hønefoss, Norway May 21, 2009 After receiving the drawings for the Tuffy in early April I finally started building a couple of weeks ago. There hasn\'t been any big problems yet and the drawings have been easy to follow. Here are some pictures from the beginning to the current status. Next up is some fairing before the side and bottom panels needs to be attached and fiberglassed.

Tuffy by Dayne & Glenn Procter, Comox, B.C. Vancouver Island, Canada 8 January 2010 This was our build project from March to August 2009, built by Dayne Procter and his Dad Glenn Procter, in Comox B.C. Vancouver Island Canada. We installed a built-in gas tank, and a re-built Evinrude 35 Hp, tops out at 28 mph with 3 on board. Thanks to glen-l for another great plan which made for a great father son experience.

Tuffy by Bruce Kiley, East Hampstead, New Hampshire 21 January 2011 Here are some pictures of my first boat project. I spent almost a year getting it water ready, then another several months doing all the rest. It\'s built out of Mahogany and Merranti plywood. The decking is also mahogany with a strip of alder down the center. I powered it with a long shaft mid 80’s 35HP Mercury Outboard.

January 2020 - Welcome to my gallery of images from my Tuffy. I started this project in April 2002 after hearing Alan Jackson's song about an old plywood boat. My sons helped me some on this before leaving home after high school. Now their children are excited as they are about the nice results. It was never about the speed of work, just a great hobby to balance the stress of work and other things. My loving wife supported me all the way and now enjoys rides around Lake Auman where we live, in beautifull Seven Lakes, North Carolina. Thanks to Gayle for her great newsletter and to Mr. Glen L Witt for his wonderful creation.
