Bill Shaw is no stranger Glen-L. He’s been to all but one of our annual Gathering of Boatbuilders and is a Moderator on the Glen-L Boatbuilder Forum. And, he has built a 16′ Malahini classic outboard runabout which is the big brother to our Ski Tow runabout. Even more important is that his daughter Lily helped him build and has joined him at our Gatherings.
We were even able to get an interview from Lily’s perspective this past year and what a sweet young lady she is. What a wonderful blessing to be able to spend time with your dad helping in his shop and then enjoying the boat you got to help with. One of the many pleasures of building your own boat.
Enjoy today’s videos and for more information on the Malahini, see the Glen-L website here.

Miss Peggy and I enjoyed Miss Lily at the gathering in September, charming young lady. Did Bill tell you she did some of the driving from Oklahoma (according to Kent). We hope many more folks will attend in 2013. TOM in Mississippi
