The 13.5′ Power Row Skiff was my first boat build. The plans were given to me as a gift a few years ago and I finally got around to starting. At first glance at the plans I  was wondering “where are the missing sheets” but after studying them and going through the process I figured it out. I followed the plans for everything except I deviated in the cockpit and did my own thing. overall its a good solid boat and runs about 20 its with the Yamaha 25hp.
