This is my Glen-L Super Spartan that I built. It took 3.5 months to make with around 300 hours to build and paint. The paint I used was Pettit Topcoat Easypoxy. The painting took a great deal of time considering it was all done with a roller. The inside was painted by spraying. It has been epoxied inside and out. The outside has been completely encapsulated with 6oz E-glass fiberglass laid on the bias using West Systems Epoxy and she sports a Yamato 102 racing outboard. The hardware is a combination of Glen-L and Machined Composites. Total cost including the motor is right in at about $3,000. She has yet to see the water, … BUT, … that should be Very Soon!
